- Arrive promptly at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time.
- Hold a tablet displaying the correct spelling of the client’s name or hotel name, especially in busy areas like airports.

- Ensure that bottled water is readily available for the client
- Provide universal phone chargers or ensure they are easily accessible for immediate use by the client.
